Your Waialua Federal Credit Union Debit Card can be used surcharge free at any First Hawaiian Bank ATM Machine. Their ATM’s are located at 7-11, Zippy’s, Walgreens to name a few. Please visit their website for a complete list of FHB ATM’s.    

Take a few moments to register your debit card with Guardian. Once your register, your smart phone will receive a text from Guardian that your debit card was used without it being present. Click on the Guardian logo to register.    

To report a lost or stolen debit card, please call the credit union during normal business hours at 637-5980. To report a lost or stolen debit card after hours, please call our Debit Card Fraud Center at 1-800-417-4592.

Did you know that you can turn off your debit card should you want it temporarily not active? You will need access to online banking. Then, after you log in, click on the three lines in the upper left hand corner and locate “REMOTE CONTROL CARDS” and then follow the on screen instructions.
